Group Respite:
The Breathing Space

Help a caregiver receive a much-needed break! As a volunteer for DARTS group respite, The Breathing Space, you will provide supervision, friendship, and social engagement for individuals with early- to mid- stage memory loss or other conditions that require some supervision. Partner with a participant to enjoy activities that stimulate the brain and promote community!

Program ongoing throughout year.

Fall Cleanup

Make a difference this fall in the life of a community member! Clean up the yard of an older homeowner to prep it for winter. Partner with your organization, your family, friends, or any group. With your help, local seniors can remain independent in their home longer!

Program begins late September and
occurs through late October.

Learning Buddies

Give back to your community this schoolyear by mentoring students in local elementary schools! Help teachers in school once a week by tutoring students in writing, reading, math, art, science,
and more. Create intergenerational  friendships with our youngest community members.

Program begins early October and
occurs through late May (through the schoolyear).
