DARTS is hiring a Healthy Aging Specialist to connect people in contracted senior living communities to services and partnerships that improve their quality of life, help them age well, and enable them to engage in their community. In this role, you will assist residents by connecting them to resources, assisting with paper work, and facilitate one of the DARTS Breathing Space locations. Part of this role includes maintaining client records and tracking data.

DARTS is looking for drivers that are skilled in customer service, have a good driving record, and are interested in making a difference in the lives of older adults. We offer a flexible schedule with benefits, Special Transportation Services (STS) certification, and can train for Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) certification.
As a Home Helper for DARTS, you will build relationships with seniors in the Dakota County area and help them remain in the home of their choice by providing basic cleaning services such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry, and other tasks. No personal care is involved, and clients provide the cleaning supplies. We will be flexible around your schedule and even provide mileage reimbursement and other benefits.
