Healthy Aging Specialist

As a Healthy Aging Specialist at DARTS, you have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of older adults and caregivers by working in buildings through Dakota County! In the buildings, you will create a trusting and supporting relationship with building residents, reduce isolation in older adults by connecting them with community resources and activities, and assist clients with paperwork.

Customer Relations Specialist

As DARTS’ Customer Relations Specialist, you have the opportunity to ensure seniors receive exceptional care and support through administrative responsibilities and direct customer engagement. This role serves as the welcoming first point of contact for clients. Some of the main tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, and managing inquiries with professionalism and care.

Part-Time Drivers

DARTS is looking for drivers that are skilled in customer service, have a good driving record, and are interested in making a difference in the lives of older adults. We offer a flexible schedule with benefits, Special Transportation Services (STS) certification, and can train for Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) certification.

Home Helper

 As a Home Helper for DARTS, you will build relationships with seniors in the Dakota County area and help them remain in the home of their choice by providing basic cleaning services such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry, and other tasks. No personal care is involved, and clients provide the cleaning supplies. We will be flexible around your schedule and even provide mileage reimbursement and other benefits.
