Finance Manager

Do you enjoy numbers and want to make a difference in the community? Apply to be the Finance Manager at DARTS! You will work with team members to set and meet their program financial goals, work closely with senior leadership and the Board, and lead the annual budgeting processes. The full time role helps create project budgets for grant applications, provides financial data for the grant reports, and more. This position helps the Program teams by asking the tough questions to ensure DARTS sustainability into the future.

Part-Time Drivers

If you love hearing stories and helping others, this is the job for you. DARTS is looking for drivers that are skilled in customer service, have a good driving record, and are interested in making a difference in the lives of older adults. We offer a flexible schedule, benefits, and free commercial driver’s license (CDL) training and testing.

Homemaker

Need a new friend? As a Homemaker for DARTS, you will build relationships with seniors in the Dakota County area and help them remain in the home of their choice by providing basic housekeeping services such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry, and other tasks. No personal care is involved, and clients provide the cleaning supplies. We will be flexible around your schedule and even provide mileage reimbursement and other benefits.

ILP Aide

As an ILP Aide for DARTS you will help seniors stay in in their home by providing a daily hot lunch and light housekeeping. Lunch service tasks such as, setting up the lunch room, ensuring safe food temperatures, dishing up and serving each plate to the assigned person, portion control, and delivering meals to apartments. Housekeeping tasks include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, laundry and other tasks. No personal care is involved. Hours worked are typically between 9:00am and 1:30pm, depending on your daily tasks. Available shifts include Tues, Wednesday, every other weekend and on-call.
