DARTS group respite, The Breathing Space, gives caregivers a break by providing supervision, companionship, and social engagement for care receivers with 4 hours of brain-stimulating activities. The program is designed for individuals with early- to mid- stage memory loss or other conditions that require some supervision.
There are two locations available for group respite:
- This location: Augustana Lutheran Church in West St. Paul | Every Thursday beginning April 2024 | 10AM – 2PM
- Easter Lutheran Church in Eagan | 2nd & 4th Friday | 10AM – 2PM
