Anyone can call! Friend groups, families, companies, buildings, and beyond. This includes all groups of older adults AND those who are not!

We drive a maximum distance of 150 miles away from our West St. Paul office as the crow flies within Minnesota.

No! All destinations within our area are options. We can bring your group to the grocery store, out to dinner, out on the town, to the casino, to a baseball game, and more.

Our largest bus contains 20 seats plus additional space for wheelchair users. We do have multiple buses you can book!

You can schedule anything between 7am-9pm* any day of the week! If you are interested in a ride that may begin earlier or later, call us and we can discuss options. Most ride availability is during weekdays, so call early if you are interested in a weekend to reserve your slot.

*Please note – rides before 8am and after 5pm have less availability.

Call at least 2 weeks in advance! After 2 weeks, availability is very limited, though you can always call to check. We recommend calling even earlier if you are looking for service outside of regular business hours.

Yes! All buses can accommodate at least one wheelchair user and all buses contain a lift to get on the bus.

Wherever you want! Your house, at a restaurant, at your office, your apartment building, and you can even meet at the DARTS office. We do prefer if the whole group gets on at the same location. If this is not the case for your group, contact us and we will see what is possible.

Children can ride the bus provided they are accompanied by an adult (a 1:1 ratio). We do not provide booster seats. It is up to your discretion to determine if the kids are big enough to ride the bus.

Yes, you can bring and consume food and nonalcoholic drinks on the bus. All drinks must have a closable lid.

Any regular wear and tear does not incur a cleaning fee; However, a $100 cleaning fee is charged per incident for spills, vomit, excessive debris, any smoking, or bodily fluids that require professional detailing.

Yes, you can play your own music on the bus! It is up to the driver’s discretion if the music must be turned down or changed.

Yes, our buses are nonsmoking buses, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, and beyond. If you smoke on a DARTS bus, you will incur the cleaning fee.

Of course. You can bring a certified service animal along with you on the bus.
