DARTS offers a variety of activities, seminars, and direct support to enrich the aging process. Take a look below at some of the opportunities available!
Meet one-on-one with a trained facilitator to discuss your fall concerns and explore individualized solutions. The initial meeting takes approximately an hour and is completed in-person. If you are interested in continuing with the program after the introductory meeting, the facilitator will work with you to identify insights and resources, and will check in with you weekly. The program is typically 6 weeks long.
This program is designed for people age 60 or older who have fallen or lost balance in the past two years and would like to decrease or avoid falling in the future. If you are interested or know someone that might be interested in participating, please call and talk to one of our FallsTalk facilitators.
FallsTalk is funded, in part, under an award with Trellis as part of the Older Americans Act.
