DARTS group respite, The Breathing Space, gives caregivers a break by providing supervision, companionship, and social engagement for care receivers with 4 hours of brain-stimulating activities. The program is designed for individuals with early- to mid- stage memory loss or other conditions that require some supervision.
There are three locations available for group respite:
- This location: Grace Lutheran Church in Apple Valley | 2nd and 4th Mondays | 10AM – 2PM
Other Locations:
- Augustana Lutheran Church in West St. Paul | Every Thursday | 10AM – 2PM
- Easter Lutheran Church in Eagan | Every Friday| 10AM – 2PM
